We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG with fonts outlined. If you only have high-resolution PNG, JPG, or a rough sketch, our engineering team can digitize and vectorize the artwork for manufacturing review at no extra charge.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard custom patch MOQ is 50–100 pieces depending on the craft (embroidered and woven start at 50 pcs; molded PVC starts at 100 pcs). For brand labels, the typical run starts at 500–1,000 pcs due to loom setup economics.
Can I approve a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. Every custom bulk order includes a physical sample step. We send high-resolution macro photography and color calibration photos for fast digital sign-off, or we can express ship the physical sample piece to your office.
What are the lead times for samples and bulk manufacturing?
Physical sampling typically takes 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Bulk production requires 8–12 business days for orders up to 5,000 pcs. Rush production options are available for event deadlines.
How do you guarantee color and specification consistency on repeat orders?
We archive the exact digital stitch punch file, Pantone thread recipe, backing specification and a golden sample piece from your first run. Re-orders match the archived benchmark directly with zero setup rediscovery.
What shipping methods and international delivery terms do you support?
We arrange international delivery and prepare the export documentation for your order, including delivery to a warehouse or a third party where that is how your supply chain works.
